What we collect
Through the request form we receive your name, phone number and, if you provide them, your e-mail and a comment. We use them only to get back to you about a tour or visa.
How we use it
Requests are handled by the agency's staff. We do not sell or share your contacts with third parties, except where needed to arrange the visa and tickets for your request.
How long we keep it
Request data is kept while we work on it and for three years afterwards, for repeat enquiries and accounting. We delete it earlier on request: message us on WhatsApp.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses technical cookies (language, checklist ticks) and may use anonymised visit analytics. No personal data is sent to analytics.
