Documents and visa for Umrah
Four documents from you — group visa, insurance and tickets from us. Below: exactly what to bring and what differs for citizens of neighbouring countries.
What you need for the Umrah visa
We assemble the file for you: bring four things, the rest is our job.
Biometric passport
Valid for at least six months after the return date. A copy of your ID card is needed too.
Vaccination certificate
International certificate with meningitis ACWY and flu shots — checked at the border.
Marriage certificate
The original, if you travel as a couple. Women under 45 need a mahram.

Citizens of Kyrgyzstan
The Umrah visa is issued only through an accredited agency and only for a group — the embassy does not accept documents from individuals. We submit the file 10–14 days before departure. The passport must be biometric.
Citizens of Uzbekistan
We work with partner operators in Tashkent, Namangan and Samarkand: documents can be handed in there, and you fly with our group from Osh or Bishkek. A biometric passport and a vaccination certificate are required.
Citizens of Kazakhstan and Russia
Travel with us on the same documents; the tour costs $50–100 more because of the visa fee. A tourist e-visa is also available to citizens of Kazakhstan and Russia, but for Umrah in a group we issue one group visa — it is simpler at the border.
